Electron 4 and 2 versions conflict

Build locally two versions of electron. 4.0.0 first and then 2.0.14 later.
Have error on 2.0.14 electron start.

System: Windows 10. Visual Studio 2017, etc.

To have electron 2 running remove files from C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Electron what looks like they have something with cookies and db.
